Loyalty program "Regular Guest"

The Hotel takes care about its guests and offer a loyalty program «Regular Guest». This program includes discounts for accommodation, food, SPA-complex in the Hotel.

Starting from May, 01, 2012 year each guest who has stayed in “Oktyabrskaya” hotel more than five times gets a «Regular Guest» status and will have respective privileges.

Silver Card

The Card is given after the 5-th visit.

Silver Card privilege:

• discounts for accommodation:
  10 % on weekdays,
  25 % on week-ends
• early check-in or late check-out till 18:00 (subject to room availability) free
• 10% discount for SPA-complex
• nice compliment.

Gold Card

The Card is given after the 15-th visit.

Gold Card privilege:

• discounts for accommodation:
  15 % on weekdays,
  30 % on week-ends
• early check-in or late check-out till 18:00 (subject to room availability) free
• 15% discount for SPA-complex
• 10% discount for bar & restaurant
• nice compliment

The Guest gets a plastic card «Regular Guest» with a serial number. The Card has a certain name and is valid only for its cardholder.

The program is acting upon presenting «Regular Guest» card by its cardholder while paying by any way (cash / bank transfer / bank card).
